Oat n Barley stout.
A smooth dry flavoursome full bodied stout.
Oat n Barley is brewed with an equal blend of flaked oats and flaked barley. The malts are chocolate, roast barley and dark crystal for the dark colour. The magnum hops are brewed for flavour not bitterness allowing the malt flavours to stand out.

Apparition 4.5% pale
A premium beer that is delightfully pale with a sweet grapefruit aroma clearly recognisable as the pint is poured. The finish is refreshing having a sweetness that fades to an addictive hop bitterness.
Bhisti 6.2% pale/gold
A strong ale deeply rich in flavour. Lots of fruity honey like aromas that blend with a creamy hint of lime.
Illuminati 4.2% golden.
This golden ale has subtle zesty hop aromas. The overall sweetness blends well with the hop flavours that carry a wisp of citrus zing to the aroma.
Manhattan Pale 5.2%
Very aromatic slightly sweet ale with grapefruit and pineapple hop aromas. A very pleasant citrus beer that has bags of moreish sweetness with a very gentle hop bitterness.
Northern Lights 4.7% dark
A low initial hop charge allows dark malts to provide a roasted taste that carries a very subtle unique bitterness. This immediately gives way to delicious chocolate flavours that blend with a sweet creamy intensity to the overall finish.
Seance 4.0% pale.
Fragrant floral aromas precede this crisp blonde ale as it develops into a wonderful smooth vibrant finish.
Warlord 4.4% amber.
A perfectly balanced amber ale. The bitterness is gentle to allow the malt to bring a hint of toffee flavours to the taste. A wash of hop flavour completes this traditionally styled ale.
Wheat Ear 4.2% pale.
Mouthwatering and delicious. The malt aromas combine with a gentle, soft bitterness cloaked in a refreshing zesty, fruity finish.
Whistlin’ Dixie 3.9% pale.
A pale ale that has a deep hop aroma and full mouth feel. There is a moreish balance between the hops and malt that develop into a complexity of orange flavours and aromas from the opulent use of cluster hops.
